We’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, sometimes you change your mind, or your babe goes through an overnight growth spurt before your package arrives! We’re happy to issue a store credit for all unworn, unwashed items, with original packaging and tags, when they’re returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

For example, if the tracking shows your package was delivered on February 1, the return package must be postmarked on or before February 15 in order to receive a credit.

Items that are eligible for store credit must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging with Lev Baby tags, all intact
• Free of stains, odors, animal hair and damage

All discounted products & holiday merchandise are FINAL SALE.  This includes all Limited Edition Holiday Prints and includes any promotional sales.

Loveys are FINAL SALE.

Underwear is FINAL SALE.

All sale merchandise or promotional deal are FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. Lev Baby is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments.

Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number is perfect.

Processing your return

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for store credit to be issued.

You’ll receive a Confirmation Email once your exchange has been processed.

Address Disclaimer

We want you to receive your package as quickly as possible! Please double check the address you’re entering, to ensure accuracy. It’s your responsibility to make sure you entered the shipping address correctly. If you enter the wrong address, we won’t be held responsible for packages that are sent to that address.

If you make a mistake entering the shipping address, contact as at hello@levbaby.com. We can’t guarantee address changes, because most orders are processed and shipped next day, but if we can change it, we will!

If your order is already processing or has shipped, we can’t change the address. If your order is shipped back to us, we can re-ship your order (you would be responsible for the additional shipping fees) or issue a credit, minus shipping/processing.

Lev Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
