You’re in luck! We offer free standard shipping within the USA on all orders above $50. A flat fee of $5.95 at checkout applies on orders under $50.
Our domestic orders ship via USPS. You should receive your purchase within 5-7 business days after it is processed with standard shipping and 2-3 business days with priority shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time, although standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process. We ship Monday through Friday.
Occasionally, life gets in the way and there can be carrier delays. Those are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible if your order isn’t delivered in the shipping time frame.

When it comes to Canadian orders, we’re pleased to offer a flat rate of $25 on all orders.
Our Canadian orders ship with standard shipping via USPS. You should receive your Lev Baby goodies within 10-15 business days. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing time.
Shipping time varies slightly. Occasionally there can be carrier delays. Those are beyond our control and we won’t be held responsible if your order isn’t delivered in the shipping time frame.
If your order isn’t delivered after 15 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to look into it.
You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider. Please contact your country’s customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes for items being shipped from the United States.
We want you to receive your package as quickly as possible, so please double check the address you’re entering to ensure accuracy. It’s your responsibility to make sure you entered the shipping address correctly. If you enter the wrong address, we are not responsible for packages that are sent to that address.
If you make a mistake entering the shipping address, contact us at email@example.com. We can’t guarantee address changes because most orders are processed and shipped next day, but if we can change it, we certainly will!
If your order is already processing or has shipped, we can’t change the address. If your order is shipped back to us, we can re-ship your order (you would be responsible for the additional shipping fees) or issue a credit, minus shipping/processing.
Lev Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
We hope you’ll absolutely love your Lev Baby purchase. But we get it—sometimes you change your mind, or your baby goes through an overnight growth spurt! We’re happy to issue a refund for all unworn, unwashed items, with original packaging and tags, that are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
For example, if the tracking shows your package was delivered on February 1st, the return package must be postmarked on or before February 15th in order to receive a refund.
Keep in mind, items that are eligible for refund must be:
- In their original packaging with Lev Baby tags all intact
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
All discounted products, holiday merchandise, underwear, and loveys are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a shipment mistake. Lev Baby will email you a return shipping label and refund your total less $5.95 shipping fee. Lev Baby is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. Lev Baby does not refund original shipping fees.
We do require proof of purchase for all returns. A receipt, packing slip, or anything that references your order number is perfect!

Processing your return
We process returns as quickly as we can, but please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refund to be issued.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
